Do your employees have the Monday blues?

At WOB we understand stress and being overwhelmed with the pressures of work and deadlines. On occasion, all of us have a bout with the Monday blues but there are things that employers can do to prevent Mondays’ from being an unproductive day of work. One suggestion is to schedule the infamous Monday morning staff meeting to another day of the week. We understand that Monday morning is overwhelming, with thoughts of an overflowing inbox and voicemail; the staff meeting can introduce an unexpected workload for the week. Two is to encourage any open assignments be completed by Friday. Your employees will complete the work week with a sense of accomplishment and return on Monday with a fresh start. A final suggestion is to stay positive, it’s contagious.
